My son has one he used it for a bit now it won't stay on I was trying to find how to fix it

Mine won't work either. It seems to take a charge, but when I unplug the charger boom box is dead. I can't find instructions on how to reset.

How do keep it charge. . . the beat boom will not charge

Idk if you’re still having this issue BUT on the back detach the beat boom model: cover and then plug in the charger that came with it on the right. You may or may not have a specific charger need (ex mine has type C). If it still doesn’t work you can press the power button (ø looking one) for 8 seconds to reset to factory settings / normal settings. (Might also be different bc mine is an Erkei, but gl lol.)
