Yesterday, in the morning, i have been told by my HR that company don't have enough finances, therefore i should start looking somewhere else. For the first few hours, i felt extremely deprived and demotivated, but then soon realized that new beginnings comes with the new opportunities. Thank you so much Parikh bahiya for making video on this, your video really helped to relieve some stress. Wish me luck for my new journey.

Once you get job after layoff, it may take time but you will get better job, money and satisfaction. I have many friends who have done the same.

If tech is an important part of any product and company why the layoffs are happening in this field and not in the unnecessary jobs like HR or middle management or anykind of job like that. If it is so important then why they are the first one being laid off.
In covid time they hired lots of candidates without checking their real skill sets ..😮😮😮 and now most of things like AI + wars (recession) + share market down ... All the bad things happening at the same time ... That's the main problem ..
@@SimpleProgrammer0 Nope most of the covid hired got laid off in past 2 years. But now companies are actually reducing workforce. Simply because the AI is catching up. IT' companies are basically important for maintenance and functioning. It's a repeatable process. Many internal stuff are getting automated. Same work would remain. Entire teams won't be laid off but a lot of members would. Whatever shit you sell doesn't matter the fact remains same. A lot of teams are reduced based on AI might catch up in near future and hence they are already pre planning. Fact of the matter is you don't even mid level DSA in any IT company. None....No one uses it. The work of IT companies don't require that much skill and knowledge in DSA. It's just become a very good criteria for companies to eliminate people.
This also tells why the freshers salaries haven't increased in 25 years. Infact the salaries for each position has hardly increased. Just go and check the reports from last 15 years.
Also the growth these people are telling about is never going to happen. IT companies have to pivot a lot. What's the growth percentage of any of these IT companies in last 7-8 years barring the covid year. And then compare them with no. of students coming in the market every year and then compare the chances of them having higher salaries by comparing how much the salary will increased for exact same position of any job role in past decade. Even after working for 15 years you are not going to get same amount of the money or position which the earlier generation did. Because Indian IT is having a very constant and flat line growth.
Ofc IT and tech is interesting and growing field. But for producers not maintenance workers. Those who are building stuff it's the most happening field. But not the same can be told for repeatable work which IT companies do. A lot of work these companies would start doing internally. Because recession has hit west and specifically silicon Valley as well. Also a lot labour work which was outsourced can be to large automated.
So I'm not saying you are not going to get jobs but the growth in Indian IT is not going to be exponential. It would be more like Japan's economy. Salaries and positions all are going get a toll. Since whatever growth they are trying to show is not going to come.
My dad is this kind of field as well. And internally these stuff started showing it's first instance back in 2018-19. Internally people knew a wave is soon going to come. Just no one could comprehend it would be here so fast.
- not every lay off is software related.
- Cost cutting can happen anywhere.
- tech is important but unnecessary tech is not.
- kill products that have no value
- over hiring.
- overpaid developers.
- AI.
- inflation and recession.
- money not coming in.
- investors not investing.
- failed startups
It's becuz if AI. If ur good in machine learning, AI and Neural networks then u will get job within mins.

Today i got laidoff with my 19 mate from a it company, Directors called a meeting with 20 of us and said we don't have finance and work , we don't getting a new projects, olds clients are also stop responding now, new project since last 4-5 months. Clients offering the money for project less then the salaries of the team worked on it.
Newbie who want to come in it plz try somewhere else yrr IT shrink kr rha h jitna bhar se ye aacha dikhta h ander see utni hi khokla ho gya h , aagye or bhi ai aa rha h jo kaam months mein hote the ab weeks mein hojate h, client get their work done in minimum cost, companies are falling, kuch ko suna bss ek baar it mein entry kr jaaye aagye to ho hi jayega nhi bhai, aagye bhi khali baithna pdd rha h.

I am fresher 2024 I got onboarding from Accenture which is 4.5 lpa on Oct 23 and i have a offer letter from tcs for DIGITAL ROLE 7lpa but don't know when will onboarding come what should i do now ? Should I wait for tcs or join in Accenture untill tcs onboarding comes Please any one suggest me
See the company's growth and culture. If you wish to see growth in your career, Choose Accenture but if you want stability and low hikes, Choose TCS. And congratulations for getting offers from these companies man🎉😊
If u have offer letter accept tcs one work for 2-3 years than move from company as ur base package is high u will get hugher package in future

Hi bhaiya, I joined a company where, during the interview, they asked about my MERN and DSA skills. However, after joining, they assigned me to work on Shopify. For the past two months, I haven't been given any Shopify tasks, and my manager suggested I focus on MERN. I built a fully functional eCommerce app, but now the company hasn't assigned me to any MERN-related projects either. I'm wondering if I should start applying to other companies since I'm not getting the kind of work I was expecting. What do you suggest.

People from all background are applying for it thinking it's easy.
But, that's not completely true. They are just misguided
Focus on web development, learn AI,Cloud tools side by side. You'll get job for sure

Hello Parikh bro, this is Aryan Dudharejiya. I am in 12th Commerce. I have been coding for the last 2 years. At first, I learned to write code and built some small projects, but then I started using ChatGPT. Now, I am so dependent on ChatGPT that I can't write code myself, but I can create any full-stack project using my own brain, knowledge, and ChatGPT. I've also created big projects using ChatGPT, but do I need to start coding by myself again when ChatGPT can do all the work?
You are in a very self guilt ridden space bro...its like sweet poison...as a newbie use chat gpt to understand why codeflow works not to copy and paste...even if you do at least try to re build that f stack app by yourself without cpy pasting...companies now deep dive into fundamentals of dev concept related qstns...your current approach will tk u only so far..All the best
