No Oven Cream cheese Bun : Black Sesame Mochi Bread : Honeykki 꿀키

  • Requested no-oven no-bake recipe! Today I make cream cheese bun using sweet rice bun mix (black sesame mochi bread) without oven!

    * ingredients
    cream: 100g cream cheese, 25g powdered sugar
    batter: 250g sweet rice bun mix(black sesame mochi bread, sesame tapioca bread mix, kkaechal ppang mix), 1egg, 70ml water
    total cooking time on the pan: 15min
    5 mins, flip after 5 mins, again after 2mins, then after 3mins

    For those who are wondering,
    Sweet rice bun mix is a mixture of glutinous rice flour, baking powder, sugar and black sesame seeds. :)

    많은 분들이 요청하셨던 노오븐 레시피! 후라이팬으로 크림치즈빵을 만들어 봤어요! 마트에서 쉽게 구할 수 있는 깨찰빵 믹스를 이용해서 만들어 봤는데 정말 쉽고 맛있었어용!

    아! 후라이팬 뚜껑이 없어서 다른 큰 냄비의 뚜껑을 사용했어요! 저처럼 뚜껑 없는 분들은 다른 두껑을 덮거나 호일을 덮어서라도 꼭 뚜껑을 덮어주셔야 해요!
    총 굽기시간이 15분인데, 앞뒤로 잘 뒤집어가면서 구워주세요. 뚜껑을 자주 열면 열이 빠져나가 굽는데 더 시간이 걸릴 수 있어요. 저는 5분 굽고, 뒤집어서 5분 굽고, 다시 뒤집어서 2분, 3분 이렇게 구웠어요.
    그리고 계라 상태에 대해 많이 문의주시는데, 계란은 집앞에 있는 계란 도소매하는곳에서 구매하는데해요. 싱싱한걸 사용하지만 높은곳에서 떨어트리니 간혹 노른자가 터지네요. 이해해주세요.
