In that situation just core part is track from mocha tracker and adjust it properly then that creat that shapes point track but first sure that your animated shape points are not moving, unwanted animation movements that points are confirm it first then make point track from shapes points and take new layer and apply it and then work on that layer
please insure how much frame roto day in 24 hrs ? it is 50 frame roto a day or more frames practice a day in 24 hrs please insure sir it's make me a lesson for my career and inspiration as a VFX student ?

After pressing render option it will show
.. RGB, only alpha, and grapmatte or etc pls...see render options
