i will enjoy this because you just cant help but entertain us with hogwarts legacy. your first was... awesome? frustrating to me because i hit that series late and i knew about which spells for each secret and that alohomora was a quest later on... and that you didn't notice the appearance (to be fair, gear appearance ought to be on the gear select screen too) thing and didnt wear armour for stats but still powered through the combat which was impressive. so you will now be an impatient slytherin with no tolerance for fools. i cant wait!
also... i wish they would either make another wizard game now they have the 'engine' or at least add in the stuff they dropped - just the conversation choices indicate you were intended to end sebastian's quest line differently, for example and the alternate paths for so many conversation choices now only end in slightly strange alternate dialog.
you also missed the chests in gringotts and the dark part of the vault again.
also you have the account link to wizarding world. if you unlink, then you get a second question instead of being told hufflepuff
Hogwarts Legacy is how I found your channel. Your passion surpassed even the HP-themed channels. On top of that, you're competent, and not finding myself screaming at the screen in frustration was a big plus.

I have to admit, when I first saw the character, with the black hair and the pale skin, I was reminded of Yennefer of Vengerburg (all she needed was purple eyes). Even the voice bears a passing resemblance.
But then you mentioned the mother from Tangled and now I can't unsee it.

Also fun fact, stand at the window into the lake in the common room and cast Lumos. Then there will be fish following the light. It's the little things and details in this game for me.

Dropping a HL video on the 1-year anniversary is exactly how to celebrate this brilliant game after a wild year of success. Now the only common room I need to see is Ravenclaw's, but the pull to do a Hufflepuff run and go to Azkaban is VERY strong.

Fellow Slytherin here!!!🐍 So AWESOME to see you playing HL again; your original series was one of my comfort series whenever I needed some entertainment! I like where you are going with this but I actually would really like to see a Slytherin who is well-mannered, polite and well-liked but is also, you know, secretly scheming😈. Pretending to be on people's side and being so sympathetic while also using them to further our own goals (yes, Seb, we are "helping" Anne). Like when Voldemort was Tom Riddle, he was really well-liked and was able to develop the base of his followers there.
I promise that I am not a secret sociopath btw😋👌, I bawled my eyes out in my own playthrough when Sebastian went all AK.
Anyways tho, just keep going with what makes you happy, I am just really happy to see you playing again!!!💜💜
Awesome! Your original playthrough is one of my favorites! I am so excited to see your new more "Antihero/Breaking Bad" flavored playthrough.
Personally, I kind of imagine the ancient magic 5th year student as either:
1. Harry Potter without any status as "the chosen one."
2. Voldemort, if he'd actually been smart enough to be successful and famous without crossing too many lines as a infamous dark wizard with no good publicity.
Ultimately, Voldemort was just another villain who didn't have a lot going for him and lost to the hero in the end, because he never CARED about anybody. All Voldemort ever did was make too many enemies and alienate everyone who could've help him win.
The Hogwarts Legacy protagonist at least seems to always be wise and mature enough to value friendship, loyalty, teamwork, courage, and self-discipline even at their worst.
I am so so excited you are doing your dark run!! I found your channel through your original play through of the game, and it convinced me to play it for myself. You (and eventually, this game) rekindled my love of Hogwarts and all things Harry Potter, so thank you for bringing that joy back to me. Can’t wait to see more of this! ❤

I think I've seen that bit at the beginning with the Thestrals appearing right after you witness the guy die in at least five or six separate playthroughs, and every time it's affected me so deeply. That moment was really impressively done. It just set the tone so ominously. After you've seen too many deaths in too many movies, you become desensitized to it, but that one made me cry and gave me the chills over and over. They put so much into this game. The different places that you visit throughout it are so breathtakingly detailed and crafted with care.

Ahh! Miranda! I love you so muchhh Hogwarts Legacy was how I refound your channel and I’ve been here ever since last year. Happy Anniversary of the game and I loved playing Legacy myself and had some emotional moments along the way and will always love the magic and story of the Wizarding World in general.
I also just finished watching all the Harry Potter movies for the first time, I remember watching the first movie Sorcerer’s Stone before Legacy came out, but didn’t remember everything. So glad you’re replaying Legacy from Slytherin house, my first play through was from the same house and I loved every moment of it. Currently re-playing in Gryffindor House, love my fellow Hufflepuffs though ❤

I found your chanel becuse of that first hogwarts legacy video! I wanted to buy the game myself but wanted to see a LITTLE of the game first. Long story short, I loved that video and saw the entire series and on top of that, I saw your red dead redemption 2 poster and was like No Way!? Rdr2 is my favorit game ever and was thrilled to see that you had a full playthru. Loved seeing you play that. And after that I just started watching all you videos, you taking your time exploring is the best and a big part of why I love your videos. So exited for this breaking bad series!
