I’m not an esthetician but a little advice incorporate a little lactic acid and some type of retinol on a different day, they can help with breakouts. Also anything with biotin in supplements can either really help or make you break out! I cannot take it personally as it will cause acne for me especially around my mouth ☺️
love the vlogs rachel! i know you said you already paid for invisalign, but i highly recommend incognito braces - best decision i ever made! they are regular braces that go on the back side of the teeth so it’s impossible to tell you have anything on your teeth. plus i’ve heard invisalign trays can be painful and you have to wear them 22/24 hours per day for them to work properly (which most people don’t do). i had very little pain with incognito and i was done in 10 months. just a suggestion! ♥️

Hi! just wanted to say, when i stopped birth control i got the worst acne i've ever had. totally hormonal per the derm. depending on if you are trying for a baby or not, there are different things you can do. Because of that experience i am never going on bc again. im scared of acne.
I also never in my life had acne, and ended getting off birth control to regulate my cycle, and got the WORST hormonal acne!!! Also gained like 10 lbs that I could not attribute to anything in particular. So just look out for that 😢

Haha...just left my gym and did 25 min in the sauna. Great tip: do 8-10 min before you do your cardio and it makes your burn rate better.
