- In this video we upgrade and install a new carbon fiber steering wheel on my 2008 335i n54. This is by far my favorite mod with the lights turning on on the steering wheel. The brand is OHC and its a budget mod.

how did you solve the battery problem? I still have the same error. pls help me.
@@markfarkas4860 we put a kill switch so that the steering wheel doesn’t drain the battery. We sold the car already so I’m not sure if it’s giving the new owner any problems but for us it was fine

Would've made more sense to hook power input up to keyed power on the outbound side of a relay, then the battery wouldn't die overnight.
Just curious you think you could run this steering wheel with a p3 boost gauge

Love this setup! Can you tell me the trim pakkage you have on the dash and transmission tunnels the carbon looks great?
That carbon trim was done by hand. You can buy it already made but it’s over 1k but we ended doing the carbon skim ourselves for a few hundred bucks

@@Daanstoorvogel i honestly wouldn’t recommend it because it’s not easy at all. It’s very difficult to get it perfect and like you said you end up having fitment issues

It’s tough but with a flathead screwdriver you have to push two clips in and it’ll pop out
@@straightsixgarage2178 I appreciate your response, my issue is there’s literally no holes in the back of mine and i dont wanna just start poking around
@@CrapDrives so they’re hidden, just poke gently around on the leather and you’ll find it
@@straightsixgarage2178 I'll try this thank you, I have a OMP wheel on right now. My OEM factory non sport wheel I can see the holes in the back but this alibaba wheel I got is just all leather.

It’s the blow off valve, you need to have turbos installed

It’s all just straight pipe from the headers
