In undergrad we were taught that it’s not necessarily the people or place or events in your dream, but the feelings you were having during it that are what’s bothering you / happening to you in your real life. So for Jason it’s be that somewhere in his life he’s experiencing moments where he’s feel hurt and unheard about the hurt when he tries to tell people in his life about it. And for Trisha it’d be that she’s feeling somewhere in her life that her being safe and her critical things to live are not a priority / being taken seriously. IF what they taught us is true.

In undergrad we were taught that it’s not necessarily the people or place or events in your dream, but the feelings you were having during it that are what’s bothering you / happening to you in your real life. So for Jason it’s be that somewhere in his life he’s experiencing moments where he’s feel hurt and unheard about the hurt when he tries to tell people in his life about it. And for Trisha it’d be that she’s feeling somewhere in her life that her being safe and her critical things to live are not a priority / being taken seriously. IF what they taught us is true.

jason's dream is so easy to decipher. both david and trisha are absolutely crazy, but because jason is around them 24/7, they completely normalize the crazy. the dream is about the frustration jason has for both of them- when in his gut he KNOWS what is happening is wrong/abusive, but david and trisha do it to him anyway. it has happened so much at this point that it is now jason's normal.
I have similar dreams myself. But more like where I’m asking everyone to believe/help me and they’re refusing. I spend my entire dream arguing and fighting just trying to make them realise my point or whatever. I wake up exhausted.
