I know i am late to the party, but we are very small (4 people recruitment company, starting with my own budget for salaries) and i was researching ATSes, but i would like to avoid web-based priced per month per user ATS. What resources i would need to install this and run it via the web among us 4? I guess i need a 24/7 computer, to install this ATS.

I loaded cats on to my pc, worked fine I closed it and the next day tried going back into it and it did not allow me via the link

composer could not find a composer json file
Did you into the OpenCATS directory before running composer? cd C:\xampp\htdocs\OpenCATS-0.9.3-3 ?
