Pile 1 I think this has to do with my current job. I've worked there in the Eye Clinic 15 years and the institution VA hospital in total of 36 years ( in 2 different departments). I thought that after working so many years I would get some type of respect for my person and work but it didn't happen. I noticed that if I didn't " engratiate" myself to this higher ups positions, I was overlooked,bullied and depreciated. I was depressed, angry, tired and ready to leave. I work at in a position that requires my coworkers to tap me on my back every half hour. I am waiting to recieve an offer of a promotion to a higher position from my current job which means “no one would be able to tap me on my back ever again”
This came about after I decided to quit due to accepting the same promotion from a different company.
