That is what I mean Why would any one pay 100 mil for land not owned? Most land sells 1 mil for a 1000 acres. they don't even own the 56000 yet asking 100 mil. Not to mention if you look on line you see so many ranches for sale. They talk about the money the ranch can make. Any person that had land and was making real good money would not sell just because they are making it rich owning it. Most ranches for sale is because the taxes have hit the roof new laws tell you now what you can and can't do on you're own land. Most Ranches are up for sale because they're loosing money. They can tell you how much that Ranch made in a year but they can't tell you how much money they had to spend.. Like I said it is beautiful but not 100 mil worth

Yes you can play with 220.000 but you own just 56.000 so that land is worth just 56 mil at most. Kind of like buying a truck for 30.000 and then turn around and sell it after you had it for 20 years and ask 40.000 for it Land is selling cheaper and cheaper each year in the USA because they are taxing the hell out of people and people can't afford it. Mansions that cost 30 mil now sell for 6 mil or less.
