Late last week I moved back near Fort Wayne from Pennsylvania. It seemed like I was more amped for a Colts win. I was yelling for AR to throw it away at the end of the first half and for him to get out of bounds in the second. But he just didn’t listen to me.

Steichen could have held AR out for the rest of the game after tapping out! He instead chose to allow him to continue playing! Let's hold more than one person responsible.

Reich 2.0 is in way over his head as a head coach. The Colts need to press reset on the organization and bring someone in that knows how to demand results from his players. I don't know if he'd ever come here, but try and get Cowher to come out of retirement and run the organization as the general manager and head coach. I cannot imagine Belichick would come here but he would be good too.

I do agree ar needs to be benched but they should be using him in packages with Flacco starting. By that I mean flea flicker plays/ ar doing what he does and running the ball. With the Colts playing the Vikings, it brings back memories of the great Fran Tarkington. He never tapped out. My Lord that man was constantly running for his little 5'8" life.. Although he did have a lot of defensive lineman tapping out..😉

Tarkington ran and ran, it seemed like he ran forever on a single play. He would do this all the time.

You know when he went out of the game from his sore hip and came back after halftime fully dressed walking around on the sidelines like he's ready to go back in but they decided to be cautious and sit him. It said everything I wanted to know about his character. Do you think for one minute Brett favre would have sat on the sidelines instead of going back in that game? There's been players playing with broken legs and remain in the game. (Youngblood) I think he's soft, or lack of heart

If I am Steichen, he is benched for the next few games, and runs wind sprints until he pukes every practice, to never check out!. First the tap out, second is the dumb throw from the goal area at the end of the half, third is the lack of awareness on the run at the end of the game to chose to not go out of bounds and fight for insignificant 4-5 year and keep the clock running. Looks like, his game IQ has been exaggerated by this staff.

Figuring out how to use the rules in your favor is critical to winning in the NFL. That muscle in Richardson has apparently never been exercised.

Steichen should not have lied to fans to protect AR. If Steichen is lying about obvious things, what else is he lying about. He can't be trusted as his lying proves.

Steichen, Irsay and Ballard need to get AR in a room for a come to Jesus moment. Tell him he has one more chance (Minnesota). If we don't see significant improvement you will be benched.

Yes, Kent you're right on point - but a little late. You kept saying how AR gave Colts best chance to win. He was clearly the worst starting QB in the league by far all year. Any wins disguised his weaknesses.

@KentSterling The evidence to me was the body of work displayed in 2024. Historically low completion percentage, poor decisions, horribly inaccurate on simple passes. I had high hopes for AR, but really would be shocked if he becomes a top 10 QB. Hope I'm wrong.

Colts are done! AR. Is a bust! Can't produce behind the best O line in the NFL. Completely overwhelmed, panicking, out of breath! I assume the owner is responsible for AR being QB 1. Time to make positive changes before you alienate the colt fans that are still here. Athletic potential doesn't equate to QB. That's just foolish optimism. Let's make some progress and move on from Mr." I like these guys" Chris Ballard & " Will do better next time" Gus Bradley. What an embarrassment! Especially when you had Joe Flacco sitting there the whole time! He isn't the best but he is really good especially behind that O line. Colts suck by choice!

For me, on top of AR issue, Steichan is a dumb coach. Why is the game plan to turn AR into a pocket passer? ARs poor performance has overshadowed Steichan's regular dumb decisions. ARs performance is also on Steichan.
