"Woah, there must be some kind of mistake! I mean, there must be a bunch of dudes named Sun WuKong, right?" And WuKong is like "Yeah right! Show me where THAT'S written down!" So he goes thru the ledgers of the dead and scratches out his name as well as many monkeys as he can find, making them immortal!

I am pretty sure yanwang is the king of hell and not one of the king of courts. There 2 figures who are at the same tier of yanwang and even older also lives there, ninghelaozu and pingxinniangniang. Under yanwang, there are 5 guidi that guard the 5 entrances to hell then there are the 10 you described here following with mengpe, who gives the souls of that are going to be reborn a bowl of medicine that make you lose all your memories. After that there are 9 panguan and the rest are either military down there or walk on earth to bring back ghost and spirit to hell.

Might have read some conflicting information, because some sources said he oversaw everything + his own level, but others said he didn't. I have no idea which is correct =X

@@MythicalArcana no worries, I am surprised this was mentioned in youtube! Great videos! He over saw everything except the two more power figure that also resides in hell. One of them lives in the river that runs through hell and the other one lives in the rebirth portal.
