Now.... on a completely unrelated subject. Yesterday, I got some cinnamon at the store... not organic. Didn't think it would matter.... I love cinnamon in my coffee... really love it.... had 4 cups of coffee with it!! My mouth started breaking out in hives within a few hours!! The most popular and common cinnamon is Cassia. It has a high amount of coumarin in it.... in rare cases, coumarin causes mouth sores.... guess who's rare!!!??? 😅🤣😂🙏❤ Guess who's always getting the more expensive, organic, Ceylon cinnamon from now on??!! 😅🤣😂🙏 My long haul covid made my mild allergies severe...🙄 my doctor said I need to get used to a whole new body.... I asked if it could be a 20 year old body!! She said it doesn't work that way!!! 😅🤣😂❤🙏🙄
