What's the best Arduino simulator for PC to use in 2020?

Autodesk circuits is now tinkercad, but the problem is the components are so limited (about 50), definitely not 20000...

They have potato batteries, but no stepper motors :-/

Autodesk Eagle became a part of Fusion 360 in 2019 and isn't available without a Fusion360 Account.
Autodesk Circuits hasn't existed since 2018.
Way to recycle a video from years ago.
