Thanks for an informative video. I mostly cook my own food using avocado oil and olive oil. But I use coconut oil for cooking curry. I don't eat snacks or processed food. I usually start my day with a glass of water and a sliced lemon, followed by cup of black coffee (no sugar). I will then have breakfast, which is usually two hard boiled eggs and an avocado. I try to limit my fruits intake to only one apple/ orange/ kiwi/ banana a day. I finish my dinner with Greek yogurt or Kefir and two squares of dark chocolate before 8:00pm. I only have dim sum once a week. I recently had a CT coronary angiogram and I was very pleased that my three major blood vessels are very healthy. I am 60 years old :)

係呀,我都叫啲人唔好成日出街食飯,同埋要盡量食多啲原型食物。特別係啲超加工食品同埋街外面嘅炸嘢,呢兩嘢係要盡量避開,真係唔好食咁多!

可是每一餐会煮至少三道菜。一天两餐!
每人每日煮食用油可用1-2湯匙油; 如果煮給全家 (例: 一家四口), 每日兩餐給一家四口, 即是 全日用4-8湯匙用煮, 每餐2-4湯匙煮3道菜, 也不算太少吧. 用超過4湯匙油煮一餐給全家, 油份略高一點了
除非用不黏鍋。
