Now THIS couple seems to be one that will have a good marriage. So many others I’d be surprised if the marriage lasted til the end of the reception! And they’re so young! Best wishes to them and prayers for his safety as he serves his country.
They look like are still in high school. I wish them all the Luck in the world as Marriage isn't a joke. May they grow in life& love& be together Happily for many yrs to come.
The wedding night problem made me smile. My parents when got married spent wedding night in bunkbeds in basement of the woman who stood in as mother of the bride as my granddmother was gone (my aunt's MIL but we called them Granny and Papa till they died). Never occured to them they should book a hotel and they lived 5 hours away on the coast (married in mom's home town). All other beds taken up by guests. Think family had bad sense of humor that no one would part with a full bed.Glad this couple got the wedding and night they deserved. Young but wonderful.
My only complaint would be for these episodes to have been longer than just under 25 mins. Her showing exactly what she did to negotiate or what questions to ask vendors would have been super helpful for people getting married during the show's initial run. I loved watching her and other wedding professionals work so much while growing up that now I'm thinking of getting into wedding planning myself.
This couple was so much like my wedding….I was 18 and my Army husband was 21…this was during the Viet Nam War 55 years ago….. I know exactly why she cried the way she did during the ceremony because I did the same thing. You don’t know what the future is going to bring, he was on levy for Thailand when we got married…not knowing if I’d be back home in a month…but, we have survived all these years together with two grown sons and three beautiful grandchildren……
They don’t seem to have a going away dress after the reception this is a big thing in Australia .we have a beautiful dress or suit to match the theme of the wedding to get changed into to do your last round of goodbyes ,this is when the brides bouquet is tossed over her shoulder to all the single ladies.
@@debbiew.7716 I think too as the groom alluded to, should he not make it back, (can't bear to think of that), she will be able to receive support/assistance as a Military wife.

skip the wedding save the money, quicky ceremony, a honeymoon..............when you come back big bash
Because if heaven forbid, something happened to him while overseas she will have those beautiful memories to hold.
