What a fantastic scene! I'm glad Todd finally called Rebecca out on her flip-flopping. After Rebecca talked about her aunt and uncle I was like 'Ohhhh that's why she's like that.' It speaks volumes about her character, maybe she would have annoyed me less if I knew that from the get go.
So glad Todd FINALLY said something about Rebecca playing with his feelings. Rebecca gets on my nerves, her and that same tired old dress with those buttons that need a break.
Yet in the 15 years since saying that, Powell who pulled her into darkness, ending with her committing the ultimate sin, taking her own life. 9:14 Sounds like a Homer Simpson impression (d'oh) or 9:39 Her impression of Prince at the beginning of his song Alphabet St (No!) lol.
Don't hate on Rebecca Reiko NAILED this character. Her background story makes this all make sense. Her clothes make sense. SHE makes sense. Todd manipulates her and makes her feel guilty for everything she does. He is obsessed and manic in every sense of the word for her. He is in it for himself. Not Rebecca.
If Todd were a real person, some of these comments on here are kinda disturbing. Todd manipulated and traumatized Rebecca. Not the other way around. Todd was far too dark for someone like her.
The " dirty little thrill " scene. I think todd was right & rebecca did go bat $hit for awhile. In the end she was smarter than Blair & tea that she left. They wrote todd later to have lost all this growth so that's why I say that.
You're right. Todd had so much awareness of what he did wrong and trying to be better during this time. And then later, He just reverted to all the lies and tricks that he did previously (although he never raped anyone again)
And there will always be a dark side to YOU Rebecca… Hello 0000… I wish Todd would’ve told her about his childhood and where he is “darkness” came from. In real life these two would be a match made in heaven both from dysfunctional families and abuse survivors .That would’ve been cool if the storyline had been that they “healed” together… Oh well…
Someone who is more sexually disfunctional than Todd. That's impressive. It's interesting the progression though, bcz he doesn't seem to have any hang-ups in these eps but he got worse as time went on.
I'm glad Todd and Rebecca never came to be since that girl was weak minded and simple. Reminded me of a cult member she did. Todd needed a strong woman who let him be his own man I do think! Plus Rebecca looked like she belonged in Victorian times with her few articles of clothing/dresses~
I don't care what kind of stupid beliefs have been pounded into my head. I may "burn in hell for my sins", but the way I see it is that's after I'm dead. Right now I'm alive and I'd be willing to take my chances and enjoy myself while I can. What's the point in being alive if you're not allowed to live?
@bjujubee - this is cracking me up. I'd be like jumping on him.....it would be impossible to resist even though he's dark, I'd be like, COME ON DARKNESS. My God, she missed out bigtime.
This was the best soap opera in the 90's ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐""✨✨✨Todd Manning✨✨✨✨✨
Roger Howarth great actor, great face and great hair.

Todd had a point...Rebecca admitted she loved him back at his mom's summer house so why does she need to think about it.
Yes, She really wasn't fair to him in doing that repeatedly

If what you're saying is true then why wouldn't Rebecca manipulate and traumatize Todd if he didn't love her?

Can you imagine Todd finding God and working with Andrew teaching Revelations or something. lol
I don't think he ever looked more handsome than he does in this video.
Todd is sexiness

Although they were really good together in these episodes I don't think ultimately they fit very well together.
Why is Rebecca falling for Todd when she loves Powell Todd Loves Rebecca He says he wants to marry her.
The more I rewatch her, the more I see why she was a nut in KAD redux LOL
Todd is very sick boy lol, love him till days
I think some of these comments would have disturbed RH...
She was a tease...in every sense of the word....

So is he NOT going to Chicago now? Seems by this time, he's missed his flight!
@bjujubee - I loved Lost also. I have an idea. TSJ - imposter and the other Rebecca was too . . .!
@BlueOrchidMoon77 LOL!!! That's hilarious, and a good point!
