I use the leather hand roller for flat paper, but I want to start using cones cause those come in better options for style and flavor. Ty for noting that king will not fill 1.25 cause a king hand roller will, so I’d have expected king injector to work on both.
I saw the RAW box roller for flat rolls and people say that’s a big fricken mess. I use a makeshift ladder for cones. Seems like a lot of sellers include that with their cones, or at least a poking stick and fitted form to use as a funnel.
No matter what u use, u gotta make sure the filter is packed well or it won’t draw right. I always tap my filter to a happy pre-lit beat.

Which one would you say is easier on hand function? I’ve nerve damage in them, & trying to decide over the two.

We'd say the loader, its an extremely simple, yet effective way of quickly filling up the cone. It definitely takes less manipulation.

i too have nerve damage after a stroke in 2014, i have found the cone loader to be less than worthless because the cone papers do not fit properley and slip right off the end as soon as you slide the slider to try to fill the cone paper. total waste of cash.

I can see the cone loader being good for irregular smokers with arthritis in their hands. They probably don't mind a slightly flimsy tip, where as the cone filler is probably a good fit for the regular smoker that wants more control over how tightly compressed their weed is.

The raw Loader works a lot easier and faster for me. The Filler however, is only successful about half the time

@BlooOdyAE you have to pack it as you go, so up to you how tight/ loose it comes out
Learning to roll changed the way I smoke tho- when you roll, you can smoke with glass tips every time, and it really changes everything.
Ironically- rolling with glass tips is how I learned to roll joints, as the glass filter acts as a kind of back-bone making the roll much easier

Personally, I rather use the loader than the shooter. I think its faster and simpler.
However, the shooter is excellent and most people prefer it over the loader.
