@@jojoh265 The Wooden Shoes. You can actually watch the process, or at least you could in the 80's. They had a hallway with windows so you could see into the room where the machines were and watch the whole thing.

Its sad that Bron Shoe / American Bronzing in Columbus Ohio closed in 2018, after 80 years in business. I used to live within walking distance, this was on Alum Creek.
Bronze is brass and copper. Machines can't crochet. Horseshoe nails are steel or copper. The knitting machine MAYBE rotates at 750 rpm, not per second.
With the ballet slipper segment, when attaching the sole, why let the glue fully dry then reactivate it later? Wouldn’t it be easier to attach the sole then let the glue fully dry after? 🩰
That's 100% NOT crochet! There's no machine capable of crochet. Even though that machine has hooks like a crochet needle, it is in fact a circular knitting machine, a sock machine! The old and trusted version of straight needle knitting. It's a very basic and the first type of knitting machine ever invented.
We like your efforts, but you obviously aren’t farriers and your researcher goofed! Lead wi Outdoor never hold an edge long enough to go thru a hard hoof. Nails are steel, or Mayybee copper if the horse needs extra antimicrobial effect. And one farrier has no trouble hand making shoes.

Its a chemical process that allows molecular chains to grow and strengthen after entanglement.. Many adhesive rubber compounds act this way.
