Night Dive Spearfishing in a Paradise Island [ep4] MARSHALL ISLANDS MH

  • Night diving is the most effective and enjoyable way of fishing on the island when the weather is good. Mostly everyone here would rather like to dive at night than to spend hours of diving in the daytime then later came up only with an ample amount of harvest.
    Night dive spearfishing won't make us spend many hours roaming around the reef, in an hour or two we'll be able to fill a bucket with fish, that for a week supply for an instance. We're making here sustainable fishing for our daily survival, and for any bad feedback particularly on this fishing, video isn't tolerated mostly to those who're able to criticize others without knowing first the cause of something they criticized for.
    Before tossing any protest against this video, try to bring your protest first against any of those giant fishing vessels or purse seiners from different countries who're the master of destruction in the ocean and sea, taking an unlimited amount of harvest every day for cash unstoppably! But to us, we're doing this fishing for a living so it would allow us to put a bowl of food on the table to make us survive.
    We respect your insight but still watch out any words from your mouth, some of you, in particular, using others belief to criticize and insult others as well, some twisted mentality created beliefs to provoke others for their self-interest, they act like knows everything but in reality, scared in outdoors and afraid to the experience of such an actual activity.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    RESPECT OTHERS, SO YOU'LL EARN RESPECT TOO!

    PARROTFISHES are all CORAL PREDATORS... Too many viewers had the most unusual concern about Parrotfishes because they produce fine sand according to them.
    Yeah! It's true...They produce dust, not sand! Unfortunately, these viewers are more concerned about having metric tons of dust than losing metric tons of corals each day from the PARROTFISHES that prey on them elsewhere on the planet. In my opinion, being a diver, and a researcher myself, we need more corals rather than needing more sand in our shorelines, because life is in the corals never in the dust and sand, the main objective of these people to forbidding fishermen catch any Parrotfishes is for the dust and sand that any sunbathers can have to lay on at every beach but then what benefits to any commoners would this campaign have??? Will, it provides food or livelihood to many people whose lives are basing on what they get from the reef and PARROTFISHES are among the easy catch??? Imagine, many viewers around the globe are being misinformed about the real characteristics of the Parrotfish especially the HUMPHEAD PARROTFISH, these sea elements devour coral by tons a day throughout the planet and turn them out into the dust. The sad thing was... Once an underwater sandstorm occurs, the Parrotfishes poops which are tons of dust and fine sand that will cloud up from underwater plains then carried out by the current where it landed killing all corals beneath. Corals do breathe through their microchannel and if these microchannels were blocked by dust the coral will die. This is one thing in reality that many article writers never put on their column because many of them are animal rights activists and don't like Parrotfishes being fish upon.
    We already had Billions of billions of tons of sand everywhere on the planet, from dessert, mountains, Ocean floors, and beaches that have been there Million of years ago and many PARROTFISH ADVOCATES still need more dust and sand from these fish. But what about Corals...??? They grew just of these days and their lives seem to come and go! Corals grow in a matter of years before reaching out into the dense branching bodies, then die most of the cause is underwater erosion or underwater nature activities, and other factors due to devastating coral predatory fish among them are PARROTFISHES.
    Sadly... MISLEADING CONTENTS of many articles draw the attention of many people who as well who became misleading PARROTFISHES ADVOCATES claiming these fishes eat dead corals as well if it were true then why on every sandy beach with tons of dead corals has no existence of any PARROTFISHES seen munching them? Just because PARROTFISHES only live where healthy corals are bounty, what NUTRIENTS would they get from eating dead elements for that particular reason?
    Too many PARROTFISHES ADVOCATES having more concerned about getting more dust and sand than having more corals, as a diver I witness myself and see every time I dive tons of swarming PARROTFISHES in the reef area maybe by thousands or millions in just an area I dove. Imagine how many metric tons of corals will be eaten each day by these predators in just a part of an ocean and still many misinformed fellas keep on yelling "DON'T KILL PARROTFISH..." "PARROTFISH ARE ENDANGERED..." "THEY MAKE SAND DO NOT CATCH THEM..." "THEY'RE THE OCEAN CLEANERS AND GOOD FOR OUR ECOSYSTEM..." etc...etc...etc... Well...The ocean from the very start and up to this day is COMPLETELY CLEAN, anything underwater is good elements and useful to create balance biodiversity which is beneficial to our ecosystem, each of them has roles that contributes marine lives to flow in good condition and any PARROTFISHES HAS DONE NOTHING WITH THIS! There is no dirt nor unwanted kinds of stuff in there. If anything that exists it was human waste dropped intentionally or unintentionally.
    The real ocean cleaner, if it were the issue, are the surface swimmer fishes that eat planktonic organism, somehow planktons pollute the ocean and reduce oxygen when they swarmed up by Millions of tons in every ocean elsewhere, furthermore, they became food to any fish that prey on them on a daily basis, and such nature a part of the life cycle. Many well-known writers wrote misleading articles about PARROTFISHES, without having to scrutinize the facts and the impact done by coral predatory elements such as PARROTFISHES and they were believed and followed by many people who became misinformed as well and inherit their ignorance. When PARROTFISHES eats corals, it leaves wounds and scars on them, and these wounds do not heal, it will remain wound until molds evolved and became attacking parasites beginning the sacrificing life of corals. PARROTFISHES eat coral algae too by eating the soft part of any coral sucking all algae in it then turn coral into dust, coral won't survive without algae for it is their blood and protective element against any falling debris that may fall straight to its microchannel where the algae used to travel as blood. If these microchannels were exposed by way of fish intervention like a coral is being eaten the algae will unstoppably bleed out made coral depleted until it dies.
    The Coral isn't like a tree, that once the branch broke off any soothe will soon regrow, the coral ate by PARROTFISHES it won't regrow. Corals grow in years then just being eaten in minutes by a Parrotfish, if we do not control the PARROTFISH population surely our corals are in trouble, let's have more concern on protecting the corals for they are the elements that bring us tons of fish and livelihood, protecting the predators just for the dust will give us nothing! NO FISH IN THE DUST AND FINE SAND!... FISHES ARE IN THE CORALS! LET'S PROTECT OUR CORALS!.... Now if you are not a diver and know nothing about PARROTFISHES never base on any articles do your own research in the ocean before tossing any comments concerning that fish, I will not tolerate any bad words and any annoying and unprofessional speech just by protesting on behalf of the Parrotfishes on this channel, surely your comment will right away be removed.
    THANKS FOR BEING PATIENT IN READING THIS INFORMATION HOPE THIS WILL HELP TO EDUCATE ANYONE ACTING LIKE AN EXPERT BUT IN FACT, NEVER BEFORE HAD ANY EXPERIENCE IN ANY OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES BUT INSTEAD JUST BASING ON OTHERS MISLEADING ARTICLES TO PROVOKE OTHERS!
    Cheers!

    • @FreeDiver736MH
      @FreeDiver736MH  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks so much for the concern bro... But to tell you honestly neither any specie of the Parrotfish is endangered. I'm a diver and I'm seeing them millions of them in the reef, the blue Parrotfish you meant to say is the Bleeker's Parrotfish and it is still not endangered at all, if somebody telling you it was then don't get fooled, many misinformed because they just base on somebody's misleading articles or research, they have never been in actual activity as what I am doing. The ocean has millions of millions of square miles or 70% bigger than land, figure it out how many Trillions of Parrotfishes in there, it was beyond imagination to say they're endangered when in fact no fishermen coming with purse seiners fishing them nor any company to take heavy fishing on them, except few spearo's harvesting them for survival taking just a dozen or less. Besides these fishes are coral predators and only few knows about it because much of them focused on learning of some article written in Wikipedia and some other in googles which for me totally misleading.

    Spearfishing at night should be prohibited. Which is already banned in most of countries.

    • @FreeDiver736MH
      @FreeDiver736MH  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      For what reason that night spearfishing should be banned? What's the difference between catching fish in the daytime and nighttime? Using hooks and nets is the same thing as fooling the fish so as the night diving, only stupid people would prohibit catching fish at night FYI. Unless perhaps you'll catch fish bare hands, chase them out underwater wrestle them then that's an absolutely fair fight right? Anyway, I respect other places that are not allowing people to spearfish at night, for they don't know what's the meaning of life, but not here in my place, government here knows about the value of life.

    • @melihsk9714
      @melihsk9714 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Fish can't escape while holding a torch over them, you know that. This is not fair. Hunting is not that. In addition, many fish species do not ovulate again in the place where they are disturbed at night.

      Walang maliliit jan sa mga hinuhuli, iyan ang average size ng bawat specie na hinuhuli, ibig sabihin hindi na sila lumalaki at talagang maliliit na isda ang mga iyan at masarap naman lalo na kung niluto sa prito kung kaya ko hinuhuli. Siguro kung gagamit ako ng tank at sa mas malalim na bahagi mag dive doon may malalaking uri ng isda. Salamat bro sa panonood, keep safe.

    • @FreeDiver736MH
      @FreeDiver736MH  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Nothing to worry bro, kung diver ka lang makikita mo sila sa ilalim ng dagat napakadami nila, billions of them swarming in the sea preying the corals, sila ang itinuturing na peste sa coral dahil kinakain nila ang coral taliwas sa paniniwala ng iba, mas pinahahalagahan nila ito dahil gumagawa daw ng buhangin, true iyan pero paano nalang ang mga coral na kapag wala na ang mga iyan wala naring mga isda, mas concern sila sa buhangin pero wala silang concern sa mga corals na sinisira ng mga isdang parrot... Parrotfishes are coral predators, at kung walang magko control sa kanilang population they will destroy the coral system in our ocean and sea. Ang kinukuha ko iilan lamang iyan pang kosena lang at hindi pambenta, and it will be replaced by millions or billions in a matter of hours.

    • @FreeDiver736MH
      @FreeDiver736MH  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @Fishing Maybe fish Walang batas na nagbabawal humuli ng Parrotfish, ito ay karaniwang isda lamang na pwede mong ulamin kung gusto mo, sila ang peste sa mga coral dahil coral ang kinakain nila, ang mga taong nagsasabing bawal ito kainin ay kinakailangan pumunta at magpatingin sa psychiatrist.
