    having an office job, while also trying to climb a lot as well as becoming a capable and healthy person in general, i really realised in what bad condition my body was :D i learned so much already, and these exercises will add to my knowledge, so thank you very much! it is crazy, how literally from toe to head you can make so many improvements and immediately get better at everything!
    edit: i also love that you included clips from the recent Salt Lake City WC! :D
