Strike It Lucky, used to watch it and another of those former Thames programmes co produced by Central. Revived in 1996 as 'Strike It Rich' made by LWT as it South Bank base studios (now ITV).
I remember seeing Concorde flights being a fairly common prize certainly on this program, maybe even on other game shows. Great prize, but I wonder how exactly it worked, did they get one flight to the US then have to make their own way back? Or did they get a return Concorde flight? If so I wonder if they could have a nice long holiday in the US in between, certainly I'd want to make a decent trip out of it!
IIRC, this was the last series to have the "Strike it Lucky" title. When the show returned in 1996, it changed producers (from Talbot/Thames to LWT/Fremantle/Grundy) and was re-titled "Strike it Rich".

Instead of interesting and eccentric members of the public it would be renamed 'celebrity strike it lucky' and every episode would be rammed with Gemma Collins, Emily Atak types and it would be vapid and boring.

Talbot were the UK arm of Fremantle until about 1995 when the name disappeared in favour of the name of the parent company.
I think Central co-produced one of the former Thames programmes at this point.
