In all seriousness, the military of this current age and date should at least try to make Full Body Armour like the Spartan's, it's almost 2015 and the Military still only wears a bulletproof vest, it's all about futuristic stuff, so they should at least create Elite Body Armor for the Special Forces.
Maybe not to the extent of MJOLNIR, but definitely full body. Even if you just weaved Kevlar into the fatigues! But more like bulletproof vest, and then apply that same tech into bracers, shinguards...
