Yep Sierras were fast and very easy to break into if u knew what u were doing. Long flat head screw driver with a hammer which u would hammer the screw driver into the ignition pin where keys go. simply turn the flat head handle like a key or if u don't have them items hotwire the car these techniques to steal a car have gone away with the dodo as cars from 1995 onwards were fitted with immobilizers they are designed to cut a car out only the key will start it
