I totally understand about the eczema thang. I only get it on my hands and its awful. But ever since going vegan and not eating gluten its been so much better. Hope the vegan diet is helping you. When my hands are really bad I put raw aloe vera on it and it really really helps (I have an aloe plant in my backyard). Also daily dosage of turmeric makes such a difference! xoxo

Wow soo sooo interesting that it began after becoming vegan. I also stay away from nutritional yeast and anything with yeast in it. My hands hate that it. Keep playing around with it and trying to figure out the cause... I'm confident you will : ) You have a wonderful say as well!

As a vegan with your own chickens is there an ethical reason why you may not consume their eggs? ❤️🐣❤️
nope, not really :)) having had them for a number of years now, I don't see ethically why it would be a problem, except that it's their own bodily creation...i guess...but i don't know - each to their own. personally i'm so in the habit of cooking with plant alternatives which works for me - so i don't see the need x
