I just had a sleep paralysis it is 3:19 am and I had to look for surah to seek refuge from evils...I still am feeling stone sat on my chest... I was looking for something longer and came across this.. thank you so much.... because I have just got a new life... Now with corona era it make cleanness important for humans, Muslims practices is right for past 1400 years .France once opposed veil for Muslims culture now realised the wisdom in corona era......Solat (prayers) minimum 5 times per day improve oxygenation and blood circulation beside focus of right intention and good works in life
I seek refuge in The Lord Of The Dawn from all the evil in His creation: from the evil of enshrouding darkness; from the evil of those who blow into knots; and from the evil of the envious when they envy. (THQ 113) I seek refuge in The Sustainer of humanity; The King of humanity; The God of humanity, from the evil of the whispering one in recoil, who whispers into the chest of people, from amongst both Jinn and humankind. I've gone through way worse than that. But these surahs are so strong they make all such presence go away. And ALLAH ALMIGHTY protects us from such things and will always protect us. Just believe in these surahs and ALLAH. I felt presence of something and my dog was barking in stress which confirmed the presence so i played this on high volume and now I'm at peace and feel protected, my dog is at ease too.. May ALLAH help you and protect you from all things. Ameen.
I had 25,26 cuts with something very very sharp when i wokeup since that day i play these surahs in my room every day and recite them when I'm outside.

I'm so busy with my life,people,family,kids,husband,studying,things,cleaning,organizing,thinking of future plans but all this will always be difficult and have no blessing if u don't put god first,in his 5 prayers,it's the least we can do for all the blessings we have in our lives,forgive me god for being too busy with running around to be perfect in whatever I can,as I feel I can't achieve anything,because I squeeze my prayers in my main life schedule,not my life going around my prayers,feels so guilty and hope anyone reads this,will start to make salat on time as it's a very important rope between us and our lovely god

Now with corona era it make cleanness important for humans, Muslims practices is right for past 1400 years .France once opposed veil for Muslims culture now realised the wisdom in corona era......Solat (prayers) minimum 5 times per day improve oxygenation and blood circulation beside focus of right intention and good works in life

I've been seeing shadows go into rooms from the corner of my eye and this surah is helping me feel safe 🕋 may Allah be with u all
I've gone through way worse than that. But these surahs are so strong they make all such presence go away. And ALLAH ALMIGHTY protects us from such things and will always protect us.
Just believe in these surahs and ALLAH. I felt presence of something and my dog was barking in stress which confirmed the presence so i played this on high volume and now I'm at peace and feel protected, my dog is at ease too.. May ALLAH help you and protect you from all things.
