My Mistakes
1) I tend to follow the rules very strictly, but when i get SL 3 continuous days, if 4th day i get SL it turns into overtrading.
2) Always have anxiety that my SL is going to hit, Even i have some profit from earlier trades.
3) Always plan for 1:3, but whenever market reaches 1:2, i just book the profit and watch market hitting 1:3.

I think these 3 are my major mistakes:
1. Booking Profit too quickly taking less than 10 pts profit in a trade
2. No of Trades increases for the same reason
3. Trying to average by buying more and more, when market is against me, and loosing a lot in that trade.
My 3 mistakes...
1.) I did draw the resistance & support level before market open . Took trade based on my setup.. Was in profit... But did not exited at marked level... Result market reversed and biggest loss in a day.. Because I was not ready to accept that how my profit became loss so started adding at low price but market did not came back.
2.) After being profitable for almost full month every day I was not ready to see even a single red day on my p&l so when in the morning my 1st trade went in loss & that also in big amount I just started random trade that also on expiry day.. Result... Blown full month profit in a single day.
3.) Not following my own setup every day.

@@Trading_probabilistic I underestimated my skills, mostly doing option buying, I always scared of losses and because of that I couldn't grow with pace I could, my risk management was top notch n I underestimated it, that was mistake not a big, but I learnt a lot

Three mistakes of my Trading Journey
1.Overtrading

I couldn't agree more. Trade signals are the backbone of my trading strategy. I've had good experiences using them. I currently have a reliable source, but I'm always open to exploring new options.
Same here, i like to experiment with different options too but Wealthwise Capital has caught my eye lately. Only discovered them a while ago and it didn't take long to hit my first 10K. Who would have thought trade Signals and the right Stock picks were all i needed lol

5 Common mistakes read from the comments plus the same mistakes of mine:-
1. Not able to hold the winning trades. "Most common"
2. Past experience of losses affecting trade execution.

5. Changing the instruments frequently.
My 3 trading mistakes in 2023 -
1) Position sizing
2) Not following SL and Exiting Profitable trades early ( not able to adapt trailing SL as I have full time job)
3) Not having proper Journal for trades
Book your 70-80% qty @ 1:1 or 1:2 and rest qty hold with trailing SL so you can peacefully trail your SL when you are on job
My three mistakes in 2023 were:
1. Cutting positions at Breakeven in option selling, after which price went till target.
2. Impulse entry
3. Trying too many setups

Completed my 3months as an option buyer. I'll not consider my mistakes as mistakes. As I think right now I'm in a process of trial and error. I have tightly focused on proper risk management. Yes I'm still not a profitable trader and I still practice with 1lot in BN. But I'm happy that nowadays most of the time I'm on right side of the market and most of the time my entry become perfect entry, thanks to all your lessons in Traders Club. 1- sometimes I forget that no matter how much conviction I have in a trade there is always a probability that it can be wrong at any time, and whenever I forget it, the market gives me some of my biggest losses on those days which takes most of my gains of no of days altogether.
2- Not having any income source and hoping for some magic from the market with a very small capital.
3-Not mentally prepared for losses.
And one of my biggest mistakes is completely ignoring my physical health this year. All the above 3 mistakes have been overcome by the end of the year but my health is something that I take lightly so 1st I am going to take care of it this year.

Can you please help me by explaining your 1st point about Inside candle day? How do you know it's gonna be inside and what did sir warned you about?
@@Pitamahtrades In daily analysis video he says right this region this area if markets open then it will become iside candle which means there is a big daily candle inside that in the middle next day markets open so previous days high and low sellers defend and make it close inside that previous day's candle which means inside candle, option buyers should never trade on that day.

I am doing option trading in Bank Nifty. My 3 Mistakes as below_
1 ) Profitable when trade in 2 or 3 lots.
2 ) Loss when bought more than 3 lots. Because can't keep proper SL due to fear of big loss.
3 ) When loss crosses my daily limit, my trading converted into over trading instead of 3 trades per day.
I believe that if you trade patiently as suggested by sir, your small profits will turn into big capital.
That is why for 2024, I have decided the following 3 measures to eliminate the above 3 mistakes.
1) I will trade in 2 lots daily and will keep my lot size fixed until my capital doubles in trading. And when the capital doubles, I will make the lot size 4.
2) By fixing the lot size as above, the stop loss can be placed at the right place and wait until the big target is found. We can avoid the fear that we feel due to increasing the lot size and we also avoid to exit at the wrong place due to that fear.
3) From 1st January I will start a trading journal as mentioned in the previous video by sir and will continue to do disciplined trading according to this trading journal.

My mistakes are :
1. Too much analysis after taking a trade, which should be done before taking the trade.
2. Sometimes, I directly jump into the market without proper trade plan, due to which it affects the outcomes.
3. As I am doing option selling, I do close mostly in green, but sometimes there are some money management mistakes.
I will improve these and keep these in mind from now on.
Can you share your tips on options selling.?
@@Pitamahtrades In option selling, if your direction is correct, you can make money. Like if you anticipate that market will be sideways to bullish, and you short -300 OTM PE strike, you will easily make money until the market gives a drastical down move. You don't necessarily need big moves, however in the beginning it is better to trade 100-300 points OTM options, where although you won't get very high premiums but you can actually get a very good win rate. After a while, when you become more confident and comfortable in option writing you can start shorting ATM strikes where you will get very good premiums.
* But in option selling you need to keep one thing in mind, no matter what happens never take any big losses. Always maintain proper SL and try to take trades with atleast 1:2 Risk Reward.
My mistakes
1) sticking in more comfort zone , due to fear not taking index trades eventhough more opportunities.
2) stoploss and trailing was not upto the mark , having conservative stoploss and trying multiple things without journaling
3) not adapting to the market and not having particular trading time , need to have fixed trading time

1. Shifting in different time frames and miss the right entry .
2. Always look the market with bullish perspective which hinders me to take the bearish trades .
3. If 2 days i was proven wrong by market then third day all i focus is to minimise losses instead of making big profits.

MISTAKES:
1. Sometimes when I m in a bullish trade and my SL hits. Later on I realize that there was a good selling trade.
2. I have a good grip over bullish trades but not in selling trades. I get badly confused.

@@pavanpatil289 option buying, small capital shows small profits and our mind wants to see good profit. Most of the time, we dont cut big loss versus we books the small profit with big qty very early rather than holding it in fear of wiping out capital. And one wrong holding trade can wipe out the capital.. To come out of this, we need to add capital.
i am also trading with small capital, only 3-4 lots max of banknifty
I have been trading for the past 1.5 years
Would like to share the 3 mistakes I made till now
1. Having many setups and trading random strategies everyday (later found out having a single setup will provide consistent results)
2. Introducing multiple lots without excelling one lot trading (Out of greed jumped from one lot to multiple lots later realised I am not yet ready to see the losses and profits which comes with it)
3. Not keeping a journal. It's helps a lot, gives a clear understanding of what's the status of trading, what was working (for eg : By going through journal I realised most of my first trades were going wrong and second trade was helping just in covering first trade losses so now I don't trade on first signal)

Every week and every month end, i decided to trade on particular stocks, which form big red or big green candle...
to trade big green candle trades, i wait for 1 hour close below lower bolinger band and vice versa to sell...
This is my plan to trade for swing ( buying ) and selling ( intraday )...
but mistakes i make,
1) Can not wait for set up to occur or when set up occur i missed it.
2) Hoping to sort with everyhigh that today this stock or index will come down. and did losses.
3) with big qty i can not hold losses and loss trade convert to profit after i exist the trade

1)After days loss is hit again entering the trade thinking that if it recovers my previous loss going to exit it resulting big loss.

My Mistake 2023
(1) सिर्फ और सिर्फ put साइड ही ट्रेड लेना (90% pe साइड ट्रेड और 10% ce साइड)
(2) scalping ट्रेड को होल्ड करना

My Mistake:
1) Running profit ko hold nahi kar pata hu. Aur loss ko Hold lar leta hu.
2) greed me jab profit ko book nahi kar pate hai aur wahi Trade loss me book karna par jata h. Usi trah phir Overtrading shuru ho jati hai End Of day achha profit bhee Loss ho jata h.
3) Risk Calculation kar ke Trade nahi le pata hu jis wajah se phir se Overtrading ho jati h.
Important:
Jab trading setup pe baithe hai to sab glti yaad rehta h aur nahi karna hai wo bhee soch ke baith te hai but jab trade lete h to Psychology bilkul change ho jata hai aur market se end me larne lagte h phir bara loss ho jata hai.

3. Market main trade milta hai par apne price ya close to round figure lene ke chakar main trade nikal jata hai and profit book karne ke time 10-15% book nahi hota hai bada profit ke chakar main , jo fir loss deke kar nikalna padta hai
My 3 mistake in 2023
1. Juldi entry karna kahi trade. Na miss kar jaum
2. Hold nh karpata hu aur jis din hold karta hu us din sl hits hota h.
3. Money management proper trade nh kar pata hu same quantity ke sath
My mistakes
1. Huge position averaged for loss making trade.
2. When i made BIG LOSS quickly entered into reverse trade that too backfired.
3. Without confidence closed that trade in loss quickly but next day it is reversed and kicked myself multiple times. Intraday not easy to achieve. But i had built my capital over years when capital is increased unable to manage.
After lost the big capital now i am following position sizing and process.
1. Indicators 2. Strategies ke pichhe nhi bhagna hai 3.calm & coolness rakhna hai
