I love the part with the cat I had to make a screen partition in my studio because my cat likes to put stuff in his mouth that he shouldn’t and so the screen lets him see me and I can stop and interact with him but keeps him from an emergency vet visit. Also customers love him and having a barrier between them keeps him from getting attention he doesn’t want.
