Nice. People often underestimate financial advisors' importance. Over 50 years of data reveal that those who work with advisors typically earn more than those who go it alone. I've been fortunate to work with one for 13 years, resulting in a $3 million portfolio.

I'm convinced he's clueless. There's never going to be another period like he experienced. I can prove it. A house that cost $10,000 then is now worth $200,000. That same $200,000 would need to be worth $4,000,000 50 years from now. I bought a house over 20 years ago for $400,000 and it's only worth $550,000 now. There's never going to be another period that a house goes up 20x just like the stock market will never perform like it did during his lifetime. Warren didn't do anything unique. He was at the right place at the right time and invested. Everyone who invested during that time made a fortune. Every home owner saw their homes go up in worth multiple times. It's time Warren die because I'm tired of him acting special. It's impossible for as person who invested during his life to lose money.

In my opinion, making a smart investment is not only a technique for earning passive income, but also a profitable way of saving for future expenses. People who fail to make the proper judgments early in life often come to regret it later in life. Nonetheless, investing alone can be difficult and risky. As a result, I recommend obtaining an expert’s assistance. The challenge is not just watching videos and reading investing books; it is about implementing information effectively.
