    80% equities 20% cash. I plan to take advantage of the s&p 500 as leading indicators predict above 10% rise by next year, my only issue is how to properly allocate a large stock/bond portfolio for substantial gains at minimum risk.

      Straight up, not so many see the essence of expertise assistance. I once had a stagnant $350k that started generating big fat yields as soon as I picked a CFP to do the day-to-day investing job, leaving my portfolio just about 10% from a million in barely 3 years today.

      I'd suggest you discuss with a proper advisor, particularly if you're new at investing or facing uncertainty. I personally have over 180 companies in my portfolio, so if few companies fail, I still have others that can hold me up.

    I feel frustrated watching my portfolio underperform as I often jump in and out of stocks. Warren Buffett’s advice that $114 invested in the S&P 500 in 1942 would be worth $400,000 today. How can I adopt a consistent, long-term approach to finally build meaningful wealth?

    • @SaintYvess
      @SaintYvess หลายเดือนก่อน +6

      It's normal to feel frustrated. Consider a long-term approach with index funds or ETFs that track the S&P 500 for steady growth and lower fees. A financial advisor could also help you build a strategy aligned with your goals.

      The best market strategy is to work with a credible investing coach. Since a while ago, I've been in touch with a coach, mostly because I lack the depth of understanding and mental toughness to deal with the ongoing market conditions. I am 53 and retired at 50. 1 thing I did do to retire early was to get out of the 401K and IRA programs. Bought rental real-estate and I am now a Limited Partner in about 3500+ units. An observation on 401K's is when it gets over 300K it starts to accelerate. When you get over 500K it can really accelerate as the stock market grows.

      I realised what the government was doing after consultations with a certified wealth manager, working independently in NY. “MonicaMaryStrigle“ has series 6 & 7 and educated me on the Long term Treasuries the benefits and alternative investing that the government shuts you out on as a puppet while they go long on those including digital currencies and precious metals. These have a real backing unlike a lot of manipulated stocks. Consumer sentiment has driven the stock market over past half decade.

I went from $176,000 in debt with zero savings or retirement to now, 2 years later, fully debt-free and over $1000,000 net worth. I know that doesn't SOUND like a lot, but I'm incredibly proud of it. Index funds are a safer bet to start. They offer good diversification. But individual stocks could make you a fortune if you know how to go about it. Some people make upper six figures yearly from investing alone. But it's always a good idea to work with a financial advisor. It raises your chance of profit by a lot.
