I don’t have the Biba so I can’t speak for it. I was also thinking to get that one but I eventually got the Glam because Biba looks like a mix between Glam and Bronze and I also own the Bronze Palette so putting those two together gets me an enough mix of warm and cool neutrals. Whichever you choose in the end I’m sure you’re going to be happy. The formula is amazing, everything blends like a dream.

ND mattes have a bit of a learning curve to them, they’re a bit more pigmented and can be a bit harder to blend comparing to the Viseart formula. Viseart mattes are a bit easier and softer. Nonetheless ND mattes are very high quality as well, you just get a lot more pigment right off the bat, Viseart mattes are more buildable. Hope this helps.
