This is the thing about domestic abuse perpetrators, everything is always everyone else’s fault but theirs. They just can never ever accept that they’re in the wrong or the effect their behaviour has on themselves, their partner/ spouse or even other people.
I so understand how people dont come forward in these situations. This reminds me so much of my ex husband .We went to trial after years of it and the entire case was about me proving i was mentally sound and not a liar ...even had my mental health records passed around the court for everyone to see and it was one of the hardest things i ever had to go through. He got 9 years and my son has been allowed to grow up free of abuse, name calling and is happy and safe now and because of my son it was worth every second.❤
There is no consistency to these characters' behaviour. One minute Alya is willing to sell to Geoff and the next she isn't! Also, how could the wedding money possibly cover the cost of a third of the business? Were they planning a royal wedding?
So that cow Mary was on Yasmeens side was she ? Shame she didn't show the same support and concern for Fiz when she was on trial because she was sat there sticking the knife in and saying allsorts of horrible things about Fiz and she tried to wreck Roy and Hayleys wedding. Horrible woman.
@@anufajemisin4348 actually it's true she uncoupled the train on the way to roy and hayleys wedding so hayley got stranded and nearly missed it. She's a headcase sad desperate character
The more I watch this, the more Aaliyah/Sally are as bad, if not worse, than Geoff. They were vindictive and nasty. They were always adamant that they were right and made their own conclusions without any supporting evidence. They were controlling and manipulative, Sally actually broke into his house and stole his laptop, Aaliyah barred him from his own restaurant, they did the same stuff as Geoff.
@@rodgerkehl8399 Have you watched this in its entirety? Sally and Aaliyah are desperate to prove their point, and they don't care about whom they hurt or what they have to do to be right.
@@rodgerkehl8399 It's exactly the same thing. You've assimilated the narrative that Geoff must be the bad guy, and that Aaliyah/Sally must be the good guys, but this is not true. Beware your bias. You're the same kinda person who believes that torture by the government must be justified. Perhaps you should get a grip.

Love the tearless crying of the arch narcissistic abuser.
Geoff was the main reason Alya was short of staff and Corey making fun of her has pushed her over the edge it was really uncalled for on his end
Tim Metcalf is my favourite character
Tim is a good man
The Greatest Soap Of Coronation Street.
The Best Villain Of Geoff Metcalfe.
Na Pat Phelan was the OG Corrie villain
Yasmeen was so strong in this story line, just said I’ve had enough of your abusive behaviour, I don’t care anymore
Geoff was a good man. Just misunderstood
He abused asehole
You are sick he abused asehole like my father who rotted in hell
@127:59 Is that ITV telling people about social distancing by any chance?

I know, but don’t forget this storyline is part of the whole program, over a two year period, so it will seem like that at times.
Tim comes back with a different tie on
Ryan is so cute but this storyline like wow 🤩 🥰

OK if you say so.
Just a soap nothing is real calm down

Can't stand Mary. Nice to see someone else see her for what she is. She acts all innocent, yet does such nasty things to others.
Bros pissed 😭
I do feel bad for Tim because he's beyond desperate to believe his disgusting dad.
Over controlling men are the worse abusers 😢
Are they? I always thought the rapists child killers, murderers full stop... little bit worse
Tim, Geoff was lying to you

In other words, recognising the line between good guys and bad guys in real-life is not always as clear-cut and as easy as shown Coronation Street.
Are you slow?
