Quick-Easy Stir-fried Shrimp Garlic-Peppers.

Stir fired Shrimp with chili-Pepper is classic menu for chef. The way of cooking might be different. Eropean or Asian, I still emphasis on burnt chili on both smell and taste.

I cook for my son almost everyday so I have to be Creative. I worked as a creative for advertising company, it is a bit of challenge. Using mostly the same ingredients from the stock in my fridge, the ideas could be useful for others.
