Elmo 1 is adorable but the fact they could've fit it in a regular box & chargef $15 for it but charged what? $30?... Is insane. Space waster & a rip off but a great & adorable pop for sure.

Only way to solve this damage issue is suing the postal service in a class action and then they will take more care of packages it sucks that business regardless of size have to deal with returns and complaints or even extra packaging postal service should just treat mail properly
