I have a shih-tzu Maltese mix that has a similar shape to a corgi and has the same problems (the neck is always too loose and stomach just right or too tight). I have a one Tigris harness as well for my boy for the colder months however we got the mini trooper one but im thinking of getting this one as well
Best harness in my opinion man. My friend is a Military Police K9 Handler has a Belgian Malinois and it’s a great look. Btw I’m from Hastings, NE! Haha
Thanks for this video just bought an all black one for my pitbull huskie hope it fits him hes gonna love it and it looks like it's definitely worth the money
Corgis have an tall/wide front we we are able to get it to fit fairly well I don't know if a perfect fit is possible with these universal harnesses but you can some close with many dogs.
I would like to use this to secure my 50lb golden retriever to the seat in my car. Enough that she can lay down but not enough to get out of the seat and hopefully protect her in the event of a crash or rollover. Do you think this would work? Could I use the handle to lift her off the ground without hurting her or slipping out of the harness?
You may need the larger size. I think I have the medium. Its hard telling. The build quality is good but I don't know about the durability of the latches.
rin bradley no. I don’t use the services of a service dog. This vest is nice but I’m not sure what specs a dog vest needs in order to meet service requirements.
@@azapps nothings wrong with using it on a service dog they were just saying that because his dog isnt a service dog(from my knowledge ) so they didnt want him faking a service dog
I have a male Shiba Inu, I ordered the smallest size. "Medium" It fits around the waist but not around the chest. It's very lose and you can easily pull it to the side. I wanted something like this because we do alot of hiking, walking, kayaking, rock climbing etc. Is there something else similar to this that you would recommend?? I need to be able to pick him up easily, attached to myself, water proof, etc. Please help!????
I would recommend this in a Large...www.chewy.com/onetigris-tactical-training-molle/dp/159308. Every dog is different but your doberman has a longer more slender body so this vest may work better.
This is helpful me and my dad where having trouble putting it on our corgi, we got the medium but we still can’t get it on. Edit: my dog go name is sir Oliver von baron 😁
Bryan Harrington Actually I think the size was based on the dogs weight so it is just adjusted to fit. We have measurements of the Corgi but we have trouble finding anything to fit him due to his broad shoulders and chest.
Id recommend a solid leather collar and chain for a dog with that kind of weight and strength. My little Corgi has some pulling power but nothing like a larger dog.
travisp11 that’s what I’m thinking because the plastic buckles kinda made me second guess my self lol she’s still a pup but the parents are beast so he will grow a lot
I just got this for my male Shiba and it's extremely loose around the front even tho it's tightened up all the way... Otherwise it fits around the waistline. The smallest size they have is medium. 😭😭
Bro relax. The fit on every dog is different. The straps adjust like backpacks, you loosen the slack and tighten by pulling extra slack through the plastic retainers/bands that are below the fasteners. Do a few small adjustments at a time till it fits your dog. Took me a while to get it how I wanted but eventually I got it to fit pretty good.
Using this for hiking and walking with my dog (European Doberman), she’s not a service dog, but it’s a good hiking harness.
I agree!
Whicht size did you get for your dobie? Will the L work or do I need the XL?
@@josephegglestone8654 hey, looking to get one for my swiss shepard what size did you end up getting ?

Ammo Dog was giving you the Evil Eye when you were trying to touch his vest. Hands off buster.
YoderTexas Yeah, he has trouble containing his "wild side"!
LOL - We don't want you to draw back a nub.
I'm getting one for my chihuahua mix, he's not a service dog but he is a little reactive so I'm getting do not pet patches to go with it
Thank you! First video that showed up and it had a corgi! Planning on getting this for my corgi
Nice!!
I was just looking at their collars last night looks like a good quality product gonna go ahead and order it
O4 HEMI I was impressed with the overall fit and finish.
travisp11 just received the collar very impressed so far I do not see my dog breaking this collar lol

Awesome quality!! Another fellow Nebraskan! Right on!
What’s the string on the back for? The bongie stretchy strings ? What’s that for?
The bungie cord? You can tuck stuff under it to keep it in place.

It'd be awesome if you could put armored plates in it

I have a Australian Shepard and its loose on him. Its size medium. How does it fit your corgi?!

I measured her first to make sure I got the right size.
please tell me you won’t be using this as a service dog vest
rin bradley no. I don’t use the services of a service dog. This vest is nice but I’m not sure what specs a dog vest needs in order to meet service requirements.
What's wrong with using this on a service dog? I have this vest on my dog, it works great, but a little restrictive for everyday use.

Which size is good for a German Shepard?
I would recommend large, here is the link for the vest...www.chewy.com/onetigris-tactical-service-vest-dog/dp/159317

I'd do a Google search on "tactical dog harness" and I'm sure you will get quite a few options.
Mine has the opposite problem I got xl and it fits my pit bulls waist but not chest
which size would you recommend for a Siberian Husky? I keep seeing different size charts. He's 55 lbs
I would also say large. Check their recommendations for size and weight as it is pretty much spot on for my 35lb corgi.
Large
Que talla es esa del video?
Mire la guía de tallas y pedí una M para mi malinois. Una hembra de unos 22 kg

Clorox Is Dead what size did u get? My dog's like 60-70 lbs I think
@@rav4066I have one for my black west GSD he has the genetics of a Belgium malinois its so weird.
Actually the way you put it on him is restricting him from walking, it should be higher on a neck but thanks for video we’re using same type
Ok! I will make the changes.
Did you measure the full length of your dogs spine to fit the harness or just from the shoulders to where you wanted/expected the harness to fit?
Bryan Harrington Actually I think the size was based on the dogs weight so it is just adjusted to fit. We have measurements of the Corgi but we have trouble finding anything to fit him due to his broad shoulders and chest.
Super dog there...nice tactical vest...Good stuff...
Scott F. Thanks!
Very helpful, my only question; what size did you purchase? As in what size is the vest you are using on your doggo in this video?
Joey Harman Medium for our 30 lb. Corgi.
Okay thank you, I'm looking for a tac vest that will fit my typical sized cat, not having much luck finding something litterally one size down
Joey Harman look around online as I'm sure somebody makes one. If not...well there is a market opportunity!!
I wonder if it can handle an adult pitbull

Medium and it easily fits my 35 lb corgi.
what's your back length of your dog, i'm looking forward to getting one of these... thx
From his shoulders to the back of his rear end he measures 21 inches and now weights 25 pounds.
U think that will fit on a shiba inu?
Depends on the length and width of your dog.

That company who made that one they make a lot airsoft stuff not real gun stuff that holds up to the abuse
