I agree with Tom BTTF is by far the most perfect movie Spielberg has created and shouldn’t be remade, but if they were ever to do a TV series I would think Tom would be the best actor to play Marty McFly.
I found the telltale game a fun continuation. It wasn't perfect (by far) but I loved many moments of it.
We do need a reboot. I watched all 3 Back to the Future movies and they were terrible. Everything is outdated.

But what is the problem with making a new one? It could be really good and something new. Just because you make a new remake doesn't mean the original will be deleted.
@@JossPayne I can probably count on one hand the amount of remakes that were actually better than the original (stuff like, Ocean’s 11, Scarface and The Thing for example) but they’re mostly films that already had plenty of room for improvement.
In the case of films that are considered classics like Robocop, Ghostbusters, Psycho, Poltergeist or Back to the Future, where is there to go other than down?
Hollywood needs to remake movies that had a good premise but ultimately didn’t live up to their potential... the only reason they want to remake those big famous films is because the brand recognition is bigger so they figure they’ll make more money.

Im glad he feels the way he does about being cast as Marty Mcfly. The last thing we need a back to the future reboot or sequal especially since hollywood has run out of ideas and all there are nowadays are reboots and sequals.

Bob Gale and Robert Zemeskis are completely against a remake and they own all the rights to the franchise. For as long as they live they will not allow a remake and I'm pretty sure they have put it in their will that they don't want a remake. For a remake to happen we need both of them dead and their families going against their wishes.

I need Tom and RDJ to remake this movie! They would do so well and they wouldn't ruin it! Maybe make it a sequel rather than a remake. Like family members or something? Idk. And the original Doc and Marty make an appearance. Maybe something from an alternate time line or dimension or something. Probably extended family members would be better. It's definitely a believable concept. Like RDJ is Doc's great-grandson and Tom is Marty's great-grandson and they uncover the Delorean and have their own adventure and run into their great-grandparents on the way. Idk, lol.
