Learning to make energy balls was the first way I learned to move energy when I was like 10 I decided to teach myself yoga and Tai chi. Tai chi is how I learned the energy balls, I am sure others do too. Also for anyone thinking of trying, here is a way to learn to feel energy: meditate to clear your mind/body, then go outside and take a living leaf and tear it up in your hand and then cup your hand around it. You should feel a difference inside your cupped hands ( hands like you caught a bug, not flat palms together) you should be able to feel the leafs energy. To me it is hot/warm and a bit buzzy. Have fun!
