i bet that lawn mower worked but most people would rather scrap it instead of trying to fix it

I try every lawn mower to see if it has compression. If it does i try and fix it, if not i scrap it.

Usually the oil is too high in the machine if it is burning white smoke. Also it might not have run in a bit! Hope this is somewhat helpful
