Good chart. The front part sounds like a 10, but the middle and the end drop sounds like 10+. Overall 10+ (10.8). The light side part makes the sky notes difficult to see.
The hardest part is 2:16, the arcs are very sudden after the hard triplets, causing players to panic or offguard. (The only part being 11)

0:55 - To be honest here, I didn't expect this pattern on this section, but I'll take it.
1:18 - You could've just merged the arcs, but sure, it's not big of a deal anyway.
1:31 1:41 - Wh-- What is this stream??
1:46 - Oh god, why one-handed jacks...
1:58 - Interesting 4-hold pattern.
2:13 - WOAH! I did not expect this pattern!
Patterns sure are interesting!
- Quality -
The arcs through the entire song are insanely smooth, and are extremely satisfying.
The traces despite not being much of an addition, are a pretty good extra detail.
I actually really love some of the glitch effects used, guess it isn't called an anomaly song for nothing...
1:21 - Now THIS is where things get fun! Completely new backgrounds and smmoooth transition!
2:13 - The background and track turning red is very cool!
2:23 - You even made the scene slam? Nice.
2:28 - ouroVoros.
Of course this chart will do well in terms of quality.
- Consistency -
0:22 - This is already a big spike, considering this is a 12th jack, but I'll let it slide, Felis exists after all.
Of course, things spike in difficulty a bit in the drop, I mean it's pretty much expected, you can never have a chart without this.
1:31 1:41 - Even then, you cannot excuse this big difficulty spike. God.
1:46 - 24ths much?
2:13 - Oh yeah, and this.
Overall, this chart's pretty consistent!
