Ran is so unbelievably likable. I am so glad he's our GM and I hope it stays this way for a long time.
With Vrabel and Robinson being so unlikeable, this whole change is such a breath of fresh air.
And the transparency you get when they speak is way different from the smoke and mirrors of old! They never would have gotten this detailed with J Rob and Vrab

Unlike the last staff and their stubborn ways, they’re just feeding off knowledge and want to Win 💯 Exsctly what it should be in Nowadays NFL. Vrabel wasn’t getting that.

Ran is awesome. The dedication it took to get Ridley was inspiring. I remember seeing the news when I was working. I stepped outside and let out a big yell in excitement . So excited about this season…. TitanUp!

We got something really nice coming together. Ran and Cali both seem locked in. Hearing them talk about Sneed and how are d coordinator wants dbs to play. Totally different with what we have watched for the past few years. That want dogs we got them in the secondary and they gonna be coached smart. Totally different energy coming in to this season the previous. Titan up
Unlike most i didnt think J-Rob was a failure and am thankful for what him and vrabes did. But man Ran is a 1000% UPGRADE

Love the stories
These guys aren't cryptic with answering questions.....unlike the last head coach. Vrabel looked miserable most of the time. It's good to see people enjoying their jobs and on the same page
They unsterstand that transparency doesn’t mean insecurity. Revealing this type of stuff is very small in the big picture relative to where we wanna go. This is just the beginning!!!

To think that Vrabel likely wanted a ''boss'' of his choice to supervise both himself and Ran for those type of decisions instead of just working with the man while you and your coordinators get invaluable input on who's coming?
