Journey of the fittest|| Boys night out! 💽|| Pt.4Vlog 🎥

Welcome back to my TH-cam Channel! 🕺🏽
So this week i have decided to share with you my amazing subscribers and viewers. My journey to returning back to the pitch. since my injury i haven’t been able to kick a ball or play. and being a person that always played ball all my life even on my worst days best days, days of boredom. and now not being able to do that has really been a mental challenge. so i decided its time to stop mopping around & to start preparing myself for when im back that i dont have to restart because ive put in the preparation and time. These first few weeks are going to be challenging as i still don’t have full sensation on my left leg. So we’ve gone again with the workout, feeling good. workout killing as always. Increased sets to 4sets 6reps for all exercises. for the next 2 weeks it will feel as though i’m bulking, which is normal if your trying to get that definition. and then i had a nice family christmas dinner, with some family friends. went on a bit of wild ride but that’s life. all laughs & good vibes only.
