I visited sub post office on 21st October, but the staff in post office is not aware about any such process. Also, the form given in document is also not available in post office. So, how will they follow the procedure mentioned in document? Is there any date from which this procedure will start in post offices. Because this is SOP provided for staff of post office. So, when this process will start in post offices because we directly can not take print and send that form in envelope. Because as per SOP, there will be 3 copies of form, 1 with customer, 1 with post office and 1 in envelope.
So, the post office staff must aware of this. Without their support, we can not send envelope directly. So, there must be some date from which this process will start in post office
So, can you please help with my query?
