- ********** Just to Keep the course for one day, I paid 15,000 rupees**********
I request everyone who sees this post to please share this forward so that this scam of academic counselors should stop.
A few days back, I posted an inquiry for a course on your website. One of your counselors called me and asked me to reserve the seat otherwise, the opportunity will be lost. Also, he assured me that I could go for a refund or cancellation of the course anytime before the commencement of the course. Hence, I made the payment and initiated the loan the same day.
But after doing more discussions with my mentors, I realized I didn't need this course. So I asked for a refund from my counselor the other day after making the payment. But he did not reply, so I sought a way to initiate the refund. I mailed your refund team, but they did not reply for four days. So I called your customer support team, and then they started the process. They asked that I will be levied 10000 rupees + loan interest amount. I agreed to that. But still, I see that loan is not yet canceled, and they are asking me for the UTN number instead of sharing a screenshot of the transaction.
They are just killing time, and on 5th November, my first EMI will be deducted. And on 15 November their batch will start so they will deny to refund me the amount.
You people have charged around 15,000 rupees just because I was forced to take the course within no time. And I asked for a refund the other day. Hardly I held up the course for one day, and that cost me 15k rupees.
To everyone out there, don't get trapped in their policies. Once you make the payment, you will never get a refund.
My Loan is not yet been canceled. It is a huge amount. If a loan can be disbursed in just one day, why can't it be reversed in 1 day?

You have just not taken 10,000. I paid 13 186 rupees. And I asked for a refund on 22 October, but you people did not reply. Do you want me to share all the screenshots? How you people can lie so much. And after sharing the screenshot of the day I made the payment, why didn't you ask for UTR the same day. I have been prompt to reply every time. And here you are, blaming me. How could you?
A strict action must be taken against these kinds of scams by the companies and it's registration must be cancelled and money should be refunded to the students
We are filling case against them pls help and join us and provide as much people contact who get fooled by them and we will fight and take our money back and compensation

Yes this is a big scam. The government should take action against this. The company should pay back every single penny to the people

They don't offer you a job guarantee. But their certificate has value.
Upgrad taken my 2lakhs and now put me in trap of loan and what they said and commitments all r fake and only for enrollment and snatch our money

I signed for digital marketing course but after 1month I told them I don't wanna continue but they said ab toh loan hogya hai and all.
And still paying EMI..

@@suryatiwari.6562 First email their refunds team and talk to your counselor. Then if they don't take appropriate actions call 1915 which consumer forum number. And lodge a complaint against them.
I’m also facing the same issue, I started my course yesterday only and I asked them that I don’t want to continue the course but they are telling me you won’t get any refund. So I asked them will I have to continue with the course? They are saying yes that’s the only way. Also the amount was paid by their loan partners only. I don’t want to continue with the course can you help me how can I get it resolved?

Hi ma'am, I really don't know what to do. They took my 25,000 registration amount for a course and it's been more than a week and i still didn't receive my money. They are saying that I will get only 5000 rs back not the full amount. That counselor is still forcing me join the IIT course I don't want to waste 4.5 lack in such a wasteful course. Now they're saying that I won't get any refund cause there is no refund option

Did u get your money back? I have raised complaint and after 15 days of friction they have told that we have inniciated cancellation it will take 30 to 45 days and we ll give u the UTR once done

Didi please help me I have got trapped in staragile data science course and liquiloan fraud without my knowledge they said they give loan not even anyone from staragile or liquiloan inform me about the loan they ask for my documents and ask to sign and ask for OTP and now I'm getting messages and emails from fraud loan partner so please help me get out of this trap I'm a very poor guy till now I did not took any loan
