We spent the day looking around some social housing rent to rent deals we sold. First we went to see a block of 17 units in Burnley then we saw a block of 21 unit in Salford!
Social housing is becoming very popular for investing because the housing associations are government backed, they pay all the bills, pay for the repairs and also they take care of all the management!

From my understanding is that the 36 month lease is between the housing association and the property owner. The housing association takes care of all the repairs, maintenance, tenants issue etc. Why would the property owner agree to take less profit when they can go directly to the housing association and cut out the middleman ?
Social housing rent is low rates they go off LHA rates from authorities

Your only putting 13k in 10x that 70k profit over 3 years completely passive is mint. You leave it in the bank and get pretty much zero interest then and if the bank should go bust your only covered for 86k the roi is insane mate honestly show me something else then??

@@Divazizeyou don't own the property so no appreciation, you have a 3 year R2R agreement, most likely the landlord will takeover afterwards. The fee you're paying covers the renovation and little profit for the middle people.
