    Five stars Polly- big time cognitive, moved quickly and all standing. Photographs, your smiles and Cooper brought it over the Rainbow 🌈. Did I mention leaving feeling good? Question- can we add some light weights now and then?

    Sometimes your body just doesn't do what you ask of it. I found the dancing at the end difficult. However, the excercises arre of enormous value - so thanks.

      Thanks so much for persevering David!! These classes are indeed challenging and we always recommend repeating them a few times to really get the hang of moving in a different way. Keep up the great work David!!
