Diu is a beautiful island located nearby the coast of kathiyawad region at veraval port. Diu is more popular as a tourist place because of the natural beaches, Bold History, many other attractions and sightseeing.
Diu is island situated slightly off the coast of Kathiawad near the Port of Veraval in Gujarat with a coastal length of 21 kms. and is at a distance of about 768 kms. from Daman, the Capital of the newly formed Union Territory of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu. Diu is bounded by Gir-Somnath and Amreli District of Gujarat in the North and by the Arabian Sea from three sides. It is connected to the mainland via two bridges. Its length from the extremes north and south, measures 4.6 kms and width from east to west measures 13.8 kms. The altitude is 6 meters above sea level. The topography is generally plain. The hillocks attain maximum height of 30 meter's.

I stayed at hotel the grand highness(Hotel TGH) in diu. It's really good for family. You can Check it out.
Helloji, what is best time of day to visit gangeshwar. So that we darshan properly with no sea water tide.😊
Check the tide forecast online of that particular day, visit during low tide for proper darshan.
Which month did you visit Diu ? Is it OK to visit Diu in April month? How is the temperature in general?
I visited diu in march 2023.In the afternoon it will be hot but morning and evenings are pleasant

I stayed in hotel TGH. This hotel is in the center of diu so everything is nearby.

I went to Diu on Monday that's why there were less people.
If you want to enjoy watersports activities and all then this is the best time to visit Diu.

You can go by car all the places have car parking available in diu.

You can go to Nagao Beach because it's very popular and crowded.
