Wee Salaetim he got headhunter acuity gloves and the staff is a unique who make projectile be shot in nova if im not wrong. In better word. High pricey item. Is staff is 6link. I presume is chest is too so alot of money. Or luck if u can 6l easily. He probably have a belly of beast as chest or a rare one with 3 res hp and lots of armor.
lol dont say bullshit dude... 3.0 have the better engine perfomance you can play this builds without high fps drops... i play a smiliar build with constand 60 fps or you see in this video fps drops? No so stfku..

Thanks for the answer :) Was playing with a friend of yours the other day and he helped me out alot getting the build sorted :) Having my char in harbinger league tho so everything is ofc. expensive :P pretty much only missing acuity tho (which is like the nr. 1 item but instant mana flask saves me most of the time.. bosses are tough tho)
