THIS is a proper boot. The tongue gives you more oomph in the shot imo. I’ve always missed that from the old preds. More mass more power. Screw the thin as paper nonsense .
I hope you get to review the AG model also. Just for nostagia and players like Zidane Beckham Gerrard I wanna get a pair of these. My Nike Phantom GX still perform well but I don't wanna get to a point where these sell out and sell for more on ebay or stockX
Just feel that the tongue should be closer to the ankle. The opening just looks too big, looks odd. Also with the tongue being as low as it is, when you do the laces, it feels like a lot of pressure in an odd place as it's lower down.

They are nice. But what’s up with soccer shoes these days with these bright colors. That orange and lime green with black don’t go. What happen to simple color ways

Just got the full tongue version in all black. Probably the best pair of boots I've ever owned. Love the throwback tongue.
