I was born and lived in Larnaca from 1958 until 1972 ,when my family emigrated to UK. Back then it was a quiet unassuming town of 20K inhabitants underinvested and not much of a tourist destination except from UN troops and British soldiers from nearby Dekelia SBA Today it is unrecognisable tourist mess, progress they say!.
apparently Cyprus cities have changed even more in the last 10 years. Now one of the attractions for students round the EU is their private universities which are developing even more. I lived in Cyprus for 7 years as a Student and then i moved to UK
usually people don’t go to this beach bar the time that i went that’s why it’s so empty, they go either mornings till afternoon for brunch or lunch and sunbathing or night for parties
