Honestly and as someone who has served on jury, you're not supposed to show any kind of bias towards anyone even with a smile. You don't even say hi to them when you show up. Everything is supposed to be neutral.

I think you do not understand representaion. Look up the reason we have the college, and it's purpose and abilities. There are needed changes yes - such as not letting one of the college cast a vote for me if I choose Goofy as a write - and using whatever preference they hold.
